Abstract

Human Resources is part of an advancement in science, development, and technology. This study aims to determine the effect of Dual Role Conflict on Employee Performance at PPKS (Palm Oil Research Center) Medan. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 365 employees and a sample of 35 employees. The sample technique used is simple random sampling. The main method used is distributing questionnaires, while the auxiliary method used is documentation testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear analysis, partial t test). With this stated that testing hypothesis 1 there is no effect between Multiple Role Conflict (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at PPKS (Palm Oil Research Center) Medan. This test proves that partially (t) Multiple Role Conflicts have no significant effect on Employee Performance
