Abstract

Premeditated murder is a criminal act of killing another person which is preceded by a premeditated murder plan. This crime can be committed by perpetrators against other people, even against their own parents. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the factors that cause premeditated murder by children against their biological fathers. This type of research is normative with a statutory approach. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. Factors causing the criminal act of premeditated murder by a child against his biological father associated with biological, psychological, sociological and economic theories are due to internal factors and external factors. Internal factors such as the child's unstable emotions, misunderstandings, resentment, child psychology or child psychology, negative thinking patterns, weak faith, children need recognition, while external factors are neglected children, the environment around the community where the child lives and economic factors. For this reason, it is recommended that children not commit premeditated murder of their biological fathers because fathers are people who are very meritorious in our lives and the threat of punishment is very severe.
