Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of Siakad online administration services provided by UPMI Medan staff. The research method used is a quantitative method where research is carried out starting from a clear problem background. The sample in this study were students from the Indonesian Community Development University who coincidentally dealt with the author with a total of 827 students taken. 0.2% to n = 24 students. Using observation methods, interviews and distributing questionnaires. From the results of product moment correlation calculations, an rxy value of 0.487 is obtained, where these results are implemented using a table of product moment correlation interpretation guidelines with an interval range between 0.40 - 00599. Based on the guidelines above, the category level between variable (X) and variable (Y) is at Medium level with the results of the product moment correlation calculation being between 0.40-0.599. When converted to the critical product moment table (n.= 24) with a df of 5%, the rxy correlation coefficient figure shows an r product moment figure of 0..487. at a significant level because the r results of data analysis show that it is above the limit for the number of recipients of the null hypothesis (H1), namely r table of 0.487 > 0.388 r table (n = 24, ts 5%). Test the hypothesis with the t test (partial) = t – 2.988 .Based on the t test calculation as seen above, the calculated t value = 2,988 is the product moment number contained in the t table with (df) 0.05% at n = 24, there is a t table number = 2,063. This means that the number 3,551 > 2.063, then the hypothesis proposed can be accepted.
