Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct influence of Readiness to Change on Business Excellence, the direct influence of Readiness to Change on Digital Information, the direct influence of Digital Information on Business Excellence, and the influence of Readiness to Change on Business Excellence with Digital Information as a moderator variable. This type of research uses quantitative methods, the population used is MSMEs in the culinary field located in stadion teladan, while the sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, namely 34 MSMEs or 34 respondents. The data used in this research is premier data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The tool used for data processing is SPSS 21. The results of this research show. The results of this research show that, Readiness to Change partially influences business excellence, Digital Information partially influences Business Excellence, Readiness to Change partially influences Digital Information, and Digital Information is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of Readiness to Change on Excellence Business
