Abstract

The global era and the rapid development of economic and technological growth make organizations must be able to adapt to an environment that is always changing and increasing competition so that they will not lose and develop late in competition. This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediation on the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable at UD Efiyanto. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 respondents. The results of data analysis show that commitment has no effect on employee performance. This is proven by thit ˂ ttable (-0.423˂1.697). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational culture. This can be proven by thit>ttable (4.562>1.697). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by thit > ttable (3,900 > 1,697). With a significant value of 0.000 ˂0.05. Thus, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with Organizational Culture as a Mediation variable at UD Efiyanto.
