Abstract

Construction project work is a complex job, which involves many elements. Not only humans as labor, but also other elements that support. Starting from the use of heavy equipment to involve various types of materials in large quantities. Weak supervision and lack of awareness of the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) have greatly resulted in an increase in the number of work accidents. Occupational Safety and Health is an important part in encouraging productivity and performance of workers, but in the construction sector the K3 work culture has not been maximized in its implementation due to lack of awareness of the importance of working with K3 guidelines. Writing based on literature studies by reviewing journals related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The type of data used is secondary data. This study obtained the results of a relationship between the factors causing the lack of application of occupational safety and health management systems to construction projects
