Abstract
Every interpersonal relationship contains elements of conflict, conflict of opinion, or differences in interests. Even though the element of conflict that is also present in conflict management is always present and found in every form of interpersonal or organizational relationship, conflict is always seen as a normal thing that must be prevented. Conflict can also be referred to as a situation where the actions of one party result in obstructing, inhibiting, or disrupting the actions of another party, causing harm. Conflicts included in conflict management are very easy to occur between people whose relationship is not friends, compared to friends or those closest to them. From the definition of conflict in conflict management above, it can be concluded that conflict is a conflicting interaction between two or more parties. Conflicts usually arise in various social situations, whether they occur within individuals, between individuals, groups, organizations or countries. Usually, conflict arises because of a misunderstanding in a social situation regarding certain points of thought and the existence of emotional antagonisms which cause inconsistencies, resulting in feelings of anger, distrust, displeasure, fear, opposition and clashes.
