Abstract

Management is an important element in the implementation of any organizational program, including educational organizations. The principal as a manager must have good management skills. The purpose of this study was to determine which variables affect the competency standards of graduates at the Private SMK Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 23.00. Research Results Variables of basic management competence partially affect the competency standards of graduates of SMKN Nur Azizi Tanjung. The correlation coefficient between the managerial competence of the director and the competency standard of graduates is 0.378 2. The variable of professional competence of teachers partially affects the competency standards of the graduates of the Private Vocational School of Nur Azizi Tanjung Morava. The correlation coefficient between teacher vocational competence and graduate competency standards is 0.402. 3. In summary, the marginal amount of management competence and professional competence of teachers affects the competency standards of graduates of the private SMK Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa.
