Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of commitment to employee performance with organizational culture as a mediating variable at UD Efiyanto. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 respondents. The results of the data analysis show that commitment has no effect on employee performance. This is proven by thit ttable (-0.423˂1.697). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational culture. This can be proven by thit>ttable (4,562>1,697). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by thit > ttable (3,900>1,697). With a significant value of 0.000˂0.05. Thus, orgazational Commitment has a sign Organiificant effect on employee performance with Organizational Culture as a mediating variable at UD Efiyanto.
