Abstract
The screen printing-based creative industry in the new normal era during the Covid-19 pandemic has the challenge of continuing to sell its creative products in local and foreign markets. Conceptual management strategies with human resource management development strategies are carried out by academics in the hope of helping to increase employee productivity at Zee Screenprinting as a Printing Vendor and Brand Clothing Manufacture. The aim of writing this article is to find out that success in achieving the company's organizational vision and mission cannot be separated from the support of reliable HR and HR management with good work productivity. This article was written using library research methods. HR is a management tool as an innovation strategy to survive in the new normal era with a variety of competitors. From the discussion it can be concluded that human resources in the Zee Screenprinting creative screen printing industry are an important development tool.
