Abstract

Giving incentives to employees in an agency is not without reason, but they want feedback from giving these incentives. Providing incentives to employees with the hope that employee performance will increase day by day and be able to encourage employee performance. because by providing these incentives it is hoped that it can become work motivation for employees. If providing incentives becomes work motivation for employees in an agency, it is certain that employee performance will increase and public services to the community will also run well. However, it must be the most important note for organizational/agency leaders that the provision of incentives must be based on fair and appropriate principles. Fairness is all sacrifices or hard work made by employees in balance with the rewards they receive. And the appropriate intensive provision is that the amount of wages or salaries is more closely related to living standards and labor regulations. Such as minimum physical needs and regional minimum wages. That is a fair and appropriate measure. With fair and appropriate principles in providing incentives, the benefits and objectives of providing incentives can achieve organizational goals. And it is hoped that achieving the goal of providing these incentives can improve employee performance and better service at the Medan Amplas sub-district office, Medan City
