Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct influence of individual abilities on employee work productivity partially or simultaneously, analyze the direct influence of the level of discipline on employee work productivity partially or simultaneously, and analyze the influence of individual abilities and level of discipline on employee work productivity. Associative causal quantitative research type, the population used was employees at Pt Allianz Vision Medan, while the number of samples used for the research was 30 respondents. The test tool used is multiple regression, with SPSS program application tools. The results of this research show that what was obtained from the t-test was that the variables of individual ability and level of discipline had a significant influence on employee work productivity. This is proven by thit > t table (12.586> 1.701). obtained in the f count test shows simultaneously Individual Ability and Level of Discipline on Employee Work Productivity. This is proven by Fcount>Ftable (9.750>3.354), while the coefficient of determination test used is a number from the R2 (R-Square) value of 0.670 indicates that the magnitude of the direct influence of Individual Ability and Level of Discipline on Employee Work Productivity is 67.3% so that the remaining 32.7% is explained outside the research model.
