Abstract

Children have the right to environmental protections that may harm or impede normal growth and development ." Both verses provide the premise that child protection intends to seek right and fair treatment to achieve child welfare. Sexual crimes against children can be said to be ten times more cruel to adults. Because the position of children is still vulnerable, weak. The rate of sexual crimes can be said to increase every year. The child is the trust and gift of God Almighty , in whom is attached the dignity and dignity as a whole person . Children also have human rights that are recognized by the community of nations in the world. Recognized in the period of physical and mental growth, children need care, special protection, and legal protection both before and after birth. It is worth recognizing that the family is a natural environment for the growth and well-being of children. The development of a child's personality as a whole and harmonious requires a happy, loving and understanding family environment . The State of Indonesia as a UN member state that does not declare itself as a UN member state has declared itself as a state party to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (convention on the rights of the chilid) since August 1990, with thus declaring its relevance to respect and guarantee the rights of children without discrimination in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection , which strengthens child protection, but in fact, there are still many children who are violated their rights, and become victims of various forms of violence, exploitation, mistreatment, discrimination and even inhumane acts against the child, without him being able to protect himself, and without adequate protection from his family, society, and government. Man was created to the same degree . There is no factor that causes the higher degree of human beings to one another . Therefore , human beings both male and female can respect each other and it is hoped that there will be no gaps. Both men and women should have equal opportunities in various matters and an equal distribution of work .
