Abstract

The level of awareness of supplies in an agency, both government and private, is often ignored. From an etymological perspective, supplies administration consists of two words, namely administration and supplies. Supplies come from the word provision, meaning both material and non-material supplies. Based on these limitations, it can be stated that supplies administration is a series of planning, organizing and supervising activities for procurement, recording, distribution, storage, maintenance and disposal of supplies to support effectiveness and efficiency in efforts to achieve organizational goals (Saleh, 2016). In the program process, activities are carried out from the initial steps to socialization and introduction regarding awareness about supplies to implementation and the final step, namely evaluation. From the steps, it can help achieve goals, it can increase awareness of the importance of administrative supplies for all employees and help manage supplies in the environment at the Tualang Village Office, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency.
