Abstract

The Department of Cooperatives for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Medan City provides guidance through providing training, outreach/counseling and providing assistance in the form of tools and funds according to the needs of the sector (MSMEs). However, there are problems in the development of MSMEs, namely the lack of data collection on MSMEs which is still not evenly distributed, and there is no assistance for MSME actors who have received guidance. Collaborative activities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) services at the Medan City Subdistrict office are carried out starting from the initial planning stage where the program compiler reaches the evaluation stage.
