Abstract

The Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) has an important role in supporting the smooth running of the DPRD's duties and functions as a legislative institution. One aspect that is very relevant in maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of the DPRD Secretariat is employee performance. This article will analyze the performance of employees at the North Sumatra Province DPRD Secretariat, with the aim of evaluating and providing constructive suggestions for improving the employee's performance.
