Abstract

Marriage is important in forming a family, because marriage is what legalizes the legal relationship between a man and a woman. Marriage according to Law Number 16 of 2019, an amendment to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household) based on the belief in the Almighty God. , that is, marriage is a sacred union and can form a happy household, a harmonious, eternal, safe and harmonious household between husband and wife.
