Abstract
This study aims to determine and (1) analyze the effect of employee performance improvement strategies (2) analyze the effect of job training on employees (3) analyze the influence in giving motivation (4) analyze the effect of performance evaluation or appraisal applied by Natasha Skincare. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with the object of research is Natasha Skincare in Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands. The data analysis techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for improving employee performance that must be carried out by Natasha Skincare is by giving rewards to employees who have good performance, providing training and motivation in the form of rewards can also affect employee performance, while the evaluation or work assessment applied by the company Natasha Skincare can help companies to retain employees with good performance and or decide to terminate contracts with employees who have poor performance.
